FS1000 Feeder stacker Western Australian manufactured spare parts and service

A mobile feeder stacker conveyor is a type of equipment used in material handling operations that allows for the efficient movement of bulk materials from one place to another. There are several benefits of using a mobile feeder stacker conveyor, including:

  1. Increased Efficiency: A mobile feeder stacker conveyor can improve efficiency by eliminating the need for multiple pieces of equipment and streamlining the material handling process. It can quickly move materials from the stockpile to the processing or loading areas, reducing the time and labor required to do so.
  2. Reduced Downtime: Mobile feeder stacker conveyors are designed to be highly mobile, making them easy to move from one location to another. This allows for quick setup and teardown, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
  3. Flexibility: A mobile feeder stacker conveyor can be used in a variety of applications, including in quarries, mines, construction sites, and recycling centers. It can be used to move a wide range of materials, including aggregates, ores, and waste.
  4. Safety: Mobile feeder stacker conveyors are designed with safety in mind, featuring features such as emergency stop buttons and safety guards. This can help prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  5. Cost-effective: Using a mobile feeder stacker conveyor can be a cost-effective solution for material handling operations, as it eliminates the need for multiple pieces of equipment and reduces labor costs. It can also help reduce the wear and tear on other equipment, reducing maintenance costs over time.

Overall, a mobile feeder stacker conveyor is a versatile and efficient tool that can help improve productivity and safety in material handling operations.

Feeder Stacker Range

MAX Plant Track mobile Feeder Stacker

The Feeder Stacker (FS) range comes in either track mounted or skid mounted variations and is designed to work at production rates up to 1200 TPH. The Feeder Stacker’s hopper can be fed directly from the wheel loader or excavator or from auxiliary equipment. They are used to load reclaim conveyors, overland conveyors or directly into trains or trucks and can even be used to load ships or barges.

Reducing tramming time and wheel loader movements is the key to reducing production costs.

The Feeder Stacker range comes with the various drive configurations of diesel or electric, having either an on board power pack or plugging directly into mains power.
