Belt Feeder Range

Designed for use as a primary feeder or surge feeder in plants, MAX Plant’s belt feeder range comes in variations of bin capacity and belt feeder lengths. Ideal for use in applications like paste plants, refeed operations and controlling surge points in plants, there is no requirement for foundations and can be loaded with a front end loader up to CAT 988 size. Feeders

All bins can be fitted with MAX Plant belt feeders or an optional MAX plant apron feeder and can be modified to suit the application and client requirements. Feeder capacities from 150TPH up to 1000TPH are available and feeder drives can be either electric or hydraulic.

Construction

Designed to be free-standing or foundation mounted, the choice is yours. MAX Plant can also supply the Belt Feeders in cyclone rated design. Constructed from high-grade mild steel plate with Hardox® plate optional high wear liners fitted to the internal of the bin.

Capacity

Standard Belt Feeder’s come in a 10, 20, 30 and 40 cubic meter capacity and can be easily adapted to suit the required feed method and have built-in surge capacity of the plant and the required outlet- configuration.
