All Australians know and love the original MAD MAX. A truly homegrown Australian Made icon. While we can’t claim to have the non-stop action of a MAD MAX film, we do share a few things in common. Not only do we have MAX in our name, but we are also a home grown Australian Made product approved to carry the highly sort after Australian Made Logo.
The Australian made logo is used on more than 20,000 products in Australia. It has become the most trusted and recognised symbol for products that are truly Australian.
‘’We are excited to be manufacturing again where it all began way back in 1998 in Australia.’’ – CEO and Founder of MAX Plant, Craig Pedley, stated. This new and innovative SQ1863EE is the first of many MAX Plants manufactured in our Australian facility. The SQ1863EE electric sizing screen belongs to the ETRAC range of machines. ETRAC is a hybrid electric crushing and screening range reducing carbon footprint and running costs for the client.
The first Australian made hybrid screen is now owned by Element 25. An ASX listed company (ASX: E25) focussed on the development of the world class 100% owned Butcherbird Manganese Project located in the southern Pilbara region of Western Australia. They are developing Australia’s largest onshore manganese resource to produce high purity manganese products for Lithium Ion batteries, using a new innovative.
The MAX Plant team has been supporting Australian client’s since 1998 from our Perth, Western Australian facilities. For the first 10 of these years, we manufactured all products locally. We are now looking forward to re-starting the local manufacturing process to enhance the service that we provide to our Australian customers.
Creating economic activity and employment opportunities is a large benefit of manufacturing in Western Australia. With shipping being a more prominent concern for most of our clients, manufacturing locally takes away this stress. As an Australian owned and operated business, the long term plans are to build a specialised factory to increase support to the Australian mining industry. Supporting local jobs and employment are all attributes associated with the Australian Made logo and the products that carry it. In addition to supporting local jobs, we will be adding to the local economy by sourcing components and raw materials in Australia from local suppliers and fellow manufacturers.
The Australian Made logo is the true mark of Aussie authenticity. MAX Plant is extremely proud to celebrate the placement of our very first Australian made logo on one of our revolutionary mobile ETRAC screening machines.
