The WA Mining Club AGM was a great success for team MAX Plant. Director of Strategic Initiatives, Jordan Pedley, was re-elected onto the WA Mining Club committee for an additional 2-year term. Jordan has been on the committee for 1 year leading the marketing and sitting on the events and membership sub committees.
The West Australian Mining Club (WAMC) was formed in 1972 by a group of dedicated Perth based industry professionals who recognised the value of meeting regularly to network and discuss industry issues.
Members include leaders from mining companies and associated industries including geologists, engineers, metallurgists, accountants, economists, lawyers, journalists, government representatives, university researchers, technical representatives, drilling company representatives, suppliers and more. The Club always welcomes new members.
The club hosts monthly networking and technical events for its members and guests. Not only does it host events but also creates scholarships, runs mentor programs and creates a lot of opportunities for young professionals.
MAX Plant is proud to be closely associated with the WA Mining Club and everything it stands for.
