MAX Plant completed three new installations at mine sites across WA, including for its valued client MACA Limited.
The MAX Plant is the result of years of work on modular plants. with a focus on the iron ore sector, aimed at filling the need on greenfield and existing site for plants to be rapidly installed. The MAX Plant concept allows clients to use unlimited combinations of standard plant components, from jaw crushers and cone crushers to multi-deck screening plants, conveyors and sampling stations, all designed to create a user-friendly modular system that can be added at any stage of the project life.
MAX Plant Project Manager Jim Hamill said the first MAX Plant was located in WA’s Mid West and was designed to allow the miner to begin production in a very short period of time. Since the initial plant, MAX Plant has produced many modular and mobile MAX Plants for contractors and mining companies in Australia, ranging from 1 million tonnes per annum right up to 7mtpa.
Unlike traditional fixed plants, which can be rigid and inflexible, the MAX Plants’ modular design produces significant cost savings due to rapid set up time and the ability to add on further sections if the need arises to expand capacity.
All plants are designed to be powered by either diesel hydraulic, mains electricity or generator. MAX Plant is proof of our determination to provide customers with the solutions they want and need, and to always ensure that no stone is left unturned in its pursuit to see its clients succeed.
